Full Gut Remodel

A dated ranch, rebuilt from the studs out.

What began as a low-slung 1950s tract home with a carport and tile counters is now a light-filled, open-plan residence — new roofline, new envelope, new everything.

Before & After

Drag to see the transformation.

Nothing here is a cosmetic refresh. The rooflines were reframed, walls came down, and every system behind them was replaced.

Street Elevation

Original green ranch home with open carport Remodeled white stucco home with glass garage door BeforeAfter

The carport was enclosed into a full two-car garage with a glass sectional door, the gable roof replaced with a low modern hip, and the siding swapped for smooth white stucco with black window frames.

Kitchen

Original galley kitchen with tile counters and oak cabinets New kitchen with white oak cabinetry and marble island BeforeAfter

The closed galley became an open cook's kitchen: rift white oak cabinetry, full-height marble backsplash, waterfall island with seating, and integrated under-cabinet lighting.

Living Room
