Before & After

From burned-out shell to finished home.

The original house was lost to fire — roof collapsed, walls charred, the structure beyond saving. We cleared the site and rebuilt from new foundations up.

Nothing of the original structure remained usable. The lot was cleared to bare dirt and the overgrown cypresses removed, opening the frontage up to light before a new foundation, frame, and envelope went in.
